The Russian Quantum Center (RQC) is a non-profit scientific and technological center of a unique format for Russia, which in a short time has taken leading positions in its field of scientific research, as well as in the development of high-tech commercial products based on quantum technologies.
The science team requires:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the activities of the organization’s scientific teams;
- Support of projects from the contract negotiation stage to delivery-acceptance;
- Control over fulfillment of tasks of working groups (terms, volumes, quality) at all stages of project implementation;
- Interaction with specialists of the organization in order to collect the required information;
- Preparation of presentation materials for the work being performed and products being developed;
- Coordination of projects at all stages of their realization;
- Organization of launching new projects, improvement of current projects;
- Support of project tasks;
- Control of deadlines of project stages;
- Planning, development and updating of project timelines and budgets;
- Monitoring of project implementation;
- Interaction with internal divisions of the company, suppliers and contractors;
- Collecting, systematizing, updating and storing project documentation.
- Reporting;
- Preparation of presentations, reports, reference materials, letters, keeping minutes of meetings;
- Organization of meetings, scientific seminars, workshops.
Will be an asset:
- Experience in preparation of reporting documentation on research, development and other projects in accordance with GOST and other documents;
- Experience of work in research and educational organizations;
- Desire and ability to learn quickly in the process of work.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience: from 3 years in the field of project management;
- Ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, 1C;
- Analytical mind;
- Good communication skills, trainability, competent speech (oral and written);
- Ability to work with large amounts of information in multitasking mode;
- Knowledge of a foreign language – English, level not lower than B2 (Upper intermediate).
Prerequisites:
- Decent salary level
- Probationary period of 3 months
- Excellent comfortable working conditions in a modern office on the territory of the Skolkovo Research Center (corporate transportation from the metro station “Slavyansky Boulevard”, or by public transport from the metro stations “Molodezhnaya”, “Kuntsevskaya”, “Slavyansky Boulevard”).
